Will my shin splints come back if i start running again? - shin splints with rash
Last semester in college I athletics. I have a sprint distance and I had cramps in the legs, the badly injured regularly, even if I do not work.
Now that the schools are working more and completely stopped, so that my shin splints will start again?
In thinking of investing in a better running shoes and all IMs, but still worried .. Help?

You do not have cramps in my legs, if you buy good shoes and a uniform application. Shin splints are the result, contrary to its operation. It also happens when you do not too much, too fast when it is slowly fading. When you do those three things, then you should have no problems with cramps in his legs more.
Shin splints are typically run at startup, but is not used for training. As noted above do not go back if you start slowly and good walking shoes. Some areas also tend to aggravate the syndrome. Shin splints occur, runs, or if the calf muscles too hard or too narrow. You can run the risk of back spasms in the fingers.
with what these people say, make sure to stretch properly before you leave .. either fast or slow pace of implementation, injuries can still occur.
